Our penthouses and apartments have ample space, with at least two bedrooms and they are located in prime areas across Athens, including central neighborhoods such as Acropolis, Koukaki, Lykavittos, Ampelokipoi, Neos Kosmos, and Exarcheia, as well as coastal locations very close to the center of Athens, like Alimos and Palaio Faliro.
Short Term Rental
Short-term property rental is based on a lease agreement between Athenian Penthouses & Residences and the property owner, allowing us to sublet the property on a short term basis. As the owner, you receive a fixed, pre-agreed monthly rent for the entire duration of the lease. We cover all related costs, ensuring a completely hassle-free process for the owner.
Property Management
We also offer comprehensive property management services for short and mid-term rentals. We fully undertake all pricing strategies, communication with guests and platforms, check in and check out process, as well as all apartment related tasks with its amenities, functionality and style.
Renovation
If you own an apartment that sits unused due to age or it is rented with low rent, due to its repair needs, you can contact us. Our skilled team of engineers, technicians, and decorators specializes in transforming properties into modern, aesthetic spaces in a very pragmatic way so that they better suit to short-term rental usage.
